The organisational queen of the business; Tegan creates calm in any chaos.
As the powerhouse behind our operations, she manages everything from dress orders to designer relations, ensuring seamless communication for every bride. Tegan is a master at creating vision boards and styling your day so it feels authentically "you."

The Rachel to Tegan’s Monica.
The creative pulse of the business, Roberta brings the "beautiful chaos" to the calm. She is the force behind our social media and is constantly scouting the latest trends. With an unmatched eye for detail, she ensures everything we do is aesthetically perfect. While she pretends she’s "too cool" for admin, she’s secretly a pro at deep-dive analysis and spreadsheets.

The cog that keeps everything ticking, Katie has become the heartbeat to Silk & Maple. Always impeccably dressed (usually thanks to a cheeky Zara order), she is obsessed with our gown collection. She’s our self-appointed "test driver" for every new arrival—someone has to do it! If you love a bit of sparkle, Katie is your girl; she’s our resident magpie.
