Appointment Advice
when should i start to shop for my wedding dress?
This is such a personal thing! The “golden rule” is to shop when you are ready to find “the one”!
Our advice would be when you feel ready but we suggest to aim for approximately 12 - 18 months before your big day.
12 months is the perfect time frame as it can take 7-10 months for your made-to-order gown to come in. Plus then you need time to have your alterations to make sure it fits you perfectly!

What is the price range of your dresses?
Our dresses range from £1200 -£5200, with the average gown being £1900. These dresses are made for you!
We also have our beautiful suite, “To Love, Today” which stocks all of our ready-to-wear dresses and we do have sample sales at least twice a year. These dresses range from £299-£1499! Appointments for To Love, Today can be made here!
how long will my dress take to arrive?
We estimate lead times to be between 7-10 months from our designers, dependant on designer, customisations and style.
However, we have hand picked our designers based on them being fantastic (& talented!) suppliers - so we and they will do everything we can if you have less time.
i plan to change my weight before my big day - what should i do?
Let us know - we’ve probably helped with similar situations before and can advise you on the best plan moving forward. Just rest assured that whatever your situation, we’ve got you covered!
What should I bring to my appointment?
Underwear: three key words: nude, seamless & strapless. We highly recommend bringing some seamless, nude coloured undies or any shapewear that you feel you would like to wear on your wedding day. Don’t panic if you don’t have any of the above, we will be sure to make you feel your best regardless!
An open mind because you never know what might surprise you and when you might find “the one”
We do ask that you please don’t wear fake tan to avoid all smudges and stains on our dresses.
How many guests should I bring?
Our advice is that less is more!! We can comfortably fit up to 4 guests in each of our dressing rooms but recommend that you bring your nearest and dearest only. Keeping it intimate allows you to really focus and stay true to your vision and personal style. Too many opinions can become overwhelming and confusing.
